VIGATOUR LIMITED — TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms govern your use of vigatour.com and any purchase from Vigatour Limited. By using our site and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1) About Us

2) Eligibility & Use of Site

You must be at least 18 years old (or have permission from a parent/guardian) to purchase.

You agree not to: misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with site functionality. We may restrict access if there is misuse or suspected fraud.

3) Product Information

Every Vigatour piece is made to order — production begins only after you place your order. We aim for accurate product descriptions and imagery. However:

• colours can vary by screen or device,
• placement and finish of embroidery and prints may show minor variations due to production methods,
• size guides are provided as best estimates, and we recommend ordering one size up (see the fit note on each product page).

These variations do not affect your statutory rights.

4) Pricing & Payment

• Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
• Prices may change, but your order is charged at the price shown at checkout.
• We do not run seasonal sales or promotional codes; the price shown is the price.
• Payment is processed securely via Shopify and its payment providers (major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay and Klarna).

If there is a clear pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you, or contact you to confirm the correct price.

5) Orders, Acceptance & Cancellations

Order Acceptance. After checkout, you receive an order confirmation email. The contract is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation.

We may refuse or cancel orders where: payment fails, stock or production issues occur, or suspected fraud or misuse is identified.

Cancellations. Because production begins quickly on made-to-order pieces, cancellation windows are limited:

• You may request cancellation before production begins by emailing hello@vigatour.co.uk immediately. If your piece has not yet entered production, we will do everything we can to adjust the size, colour, or address, or to cancel.
• If production has started, cancellation is not possible, and made-to-order items are exempt from change-of-mind cancellation under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Regulation 28). Your rights in respect of faulty goods are set out in our Returns, Refunds & Lifetime Care Policy.

6) Shipping & Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided at checkout. Most pieces are delivered within 7–9 business days, with tracking provided on every order. Free UK shipping applies on orders above £50. Delays can occur due to courier disruption, customs, peak season or events outside our control. International orders may attract customs duties or import taxes, which are the recipient's responsibility. Risk passes to you upon delivery to the provided address.

7) After-Sales Care — The Lifetime Care Guarantee

Every Vigatour piece is covered by the Vigatour Lifetime Care Guarantee: the first two repairs (fair wear and tear, minor and standard work) are complimentary with no time limit; further repairs and complex restorations are carried out at fixed costs confirmed in advance; and where a piece cannot be repaired or is no longer in circulation, a Renewal option is available at cost. The full terms of the Guarantee — including what is and is not covered, classification of repairs, inspection rights, and our right to decline abusive claims — are set out in our Returns, Refunds & Lifetime Care Policy, which is the authoritative statement of the Guarantee and forms part of these Terms. The Guarantee is in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory rights and the two-year conformity warranty stated on product pages.

8) Intellectual Property

All site content and product designs (including logos, artwork and branding) are owned by Vigatour Limited or licensed to us. Vigatour® is a registered trade mark. All Vigatour names, logos and designs are owned by Vigatour Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our designs without written permission.

9) Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where unlawful (e.g., death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that: we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability related to any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10) Privacy

We process personal data in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. See our Privacy Policy for details.

11) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.

12) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. The "Last Updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use of the site indicates acceptance.
