These Terms govern your use of vigatour.co.uk and any purchase from Vigatour Limited. By using our site and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2) Eligibility & Use of Site

You must be at least 18 years old (or have permission from a parent/guardian) to purchase.

You agree not to:

  • misuse the site,

  • attempt unauthorised access,

  • interfere with site functionality.

We may restrict access if there’s misuse or suspected fraud.

3) Product Information

We aim for accurate product descriptions and imagery. However:

  • colours can vary by screen/device,

  • placement and finish of embroidery/prints may show minor variations due to production methods,

  • size guides are provided as best estimates.

These variations don’t affect your statutory rights.

4) Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Prices may change, but your order is charged at the price shown at checkout.

  • Payment is processed securely via Shopify and its payment providers.

If there’s a clear pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you, or contact you to confirm the correct price.

5) Orders, Acceptance & Cancellations

Order Acceptance

After checkout, you receive an order confirmation email. The contract is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation.

We may refuse/cancel orders where:

  • payment fails,

  • stock/production issues occur,

  • suspected fraud or misuse is identified.

Cancellations

Because production often begins quickly, cancellation windows are limited:

  • You may request cancellation before production begins by emailing hello@vigatour.co.uk immediately.

  • If production has started, cancellation may not be possible. In that case, your rights are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

6) Shipping & Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Delays can occur due to courier disruption, customs, peak season or events outside our control.

Risk passes to you upon delivery to the provided address.

7) Intellectual Property

All site content and product designs (including logos, artwork and branding) are owned by Vigatour Limited or licensed to us. Vigatour® is a registered trademark. All Vigatour names, logos and designs are owned by Vigatour Limited.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our designs without written permission.

8) Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where unlawful (e.g., death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud).

Subject to that:

  • we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses,

  • our total liability related to any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9) Privacy

We process personal data in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. See our Privacy Policy for details.

10) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.

11) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. The “Last Updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use of the site indicates acceptance.
