VIGATOUR LIMITED — SHIPPING POLICY

1) Production & Dispatch Times
All Vigatour pieces are made-to-order. This means production begins after you place your order.
- Production time: 2–7 business days (depending on the item and current demand)
- Dispatch: Items are dispatched once production is complete
You'll receive email updates when:
- Your order is confirmed
- Production begins
- Your order is dispatched (with tracking information)
2) Delivery Times (UK)
After dispatch:
- Standard delivery: 7–9 business days
- Express delivery (if available): 2–4 business days
Total timeline (order to delivery): Typically 7–9 business days for UK orders.
3) International Shipping
We currently ship globally, as well as in the UK.
International orders may take longer due to customs processing. Delivery times vary by destination:
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–21 business days
Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country. These are not included in our shipping costs.
4) Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery address
- Order weight/size
- Chosen delivery speed
Free shipping thresholds (if applicable): Orders in the UK qualify for free standard delivery.
5) Tracking
All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.
6) Delivery Issues
Lost or delayed parcels:
- If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at hello@vigatour.co.uk
- We'll investigate with the courier and resolve the issue
Incorrect address:
- Please double-check your delivery address at checkout
- We can't redirect parcels once dispatched
- If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be charged for re-shipping
Damaged in transit:
- See our Returns & Refunds Policy — we'll replace or refund items damaged during shipping
