VIGATOUR LIMITED — SHIPPING POLICY

1) Production & Dispatch Times

All Vigatour pieces are made to order. Production begins after you place your order.

• Production time: 2–7 business days for most pieces. Knitwear, such as the Bacha Amazigh Cardigan, takes longer — up to 14 business days.
• Dispatch: items are dispatched once production is complete.

You'll receive email updates when:

1. Your order is confirmed
2. Your order is dispatched (with tracking information)

2) Delivery Times (UK)

• After dispatch: typically 3–7 business days.
• Total, order to door: most UK orders arrive within 7–14 business days. Knitwear may take a little longer.

3) International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders may take longer due to customs processing. Typical delivery times after dispatch:

• Europe: 7–14 business days
• Rest of World: 10–21 business days

Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country. These are not included in our delivery charges.

4) Delivery Costs

• United Kingdom: free on every order.
• International: the delivery charge for your country is shown at checkout, before you pay.

5) Tracking

All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

6) Delivery Issues

Lost or delayed parcels:

• If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at hello@vigatour.co.uk
• We'll investigate with the courier and resolve the issue

Incorrect address:

• Please double-check your delivery address at checkout
• We can't redirect parcels once dispatched
• If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be charged for re-shipping

Damaged in transit:

• See our Returns, Refunds & Lifetime Care Policy — we'll replace or refund items damaged during shipping
